VelMira Studio provides Score Keeper: Points Tracker. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us.
1. Information Stored by the App
Score Keeper stores information locally on your device to provide its scoring features. This may include:
- Game titles and participant or team names.
- Scores, scoring rules, round entries, and scoring activity.
- Saved games and completed game results.
- App settings and preferences.
This information is used to track scores, calculate totals, restore saved games, and remember your preferences. It is not transmitted to or stored on developer servers.
The app does not require an account or ask you to provide an email address or phone number to use its features.
2. Advertising and Analytics
Score Keeper does not include advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers or track your activity across other apps.
We do not sell or rent your information.
3. Sharing Results
If you choose to share game results, the app passes the selected results to the application or recipient you choose through your device’s sharing options.
Sharing occurs only when you initiate it. Information shared with another service is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
4. Device Backups
Depending on your device settings and the app’s backup configuration, locally stored app data may be included in Android or device-provider backups.
These backups are managed by your device or backup provider. We do not operate or have access to those backup services.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Saved game information remains on your device until you delete it or clear the app’s data.
You can delete saved games using the app’s available deletion controls. You can remove all local app data through Android Settings by selecting the app and clearing its storage.
Uninstalling the app generally removes its local data. Copies included in device backups may remain according to your backup provider’s settings and retention practices.
Because we do not receive your locally stored game data, we cannot access, retrieve, or delete it remotely.
6. Support Communications
If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details, message, and any attachments.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and resolve support issues. Communications may be processed by the email or telecommunications providers used to deliver them.
We retain support communications only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of those communications.
7. Permissions
The app does not require access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone for its scoring features.
Sharing results uses your device’s standard sharing functionality.
8. Security
Locally stored information is protected by Android’s app storage controls and your device’s security settings. We encourage you to keep your device secure and its software updated.
No method of storage or communication can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The app does not require users to submit personal information to the developer. Participant names and scores entered into the app remain locally on the device.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support communication, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its information-handling practices change. Updates will be reflected in the policy, together with a revised effective date.
